All you have to do is fill out the forms (either those we can send you or the forms you can download and print from our website), pay for term of service, put money in your postage account ($30 minimum), and send extra copy of USPS Form 1583 for applicant (or couple). ONLY ORIGINAL APPLICATION NOTARIZED. Also send copies of 2 forms of ID for each person that will be on the account (we recommend driver’s license and RV insurance card). We need all original paperwork completely filled out and notarized at your local bank or courthouse and sent back to us. All payments are due upon enrollment for your personal mail forwarding service to begin; It’s that simple.
