For one of the lowest prices in the mail forwarding industry plus postage, you can have your own personal online mail forwarding. Once you have signed up for your forwarding box you can log onto your account online via our secure website and not only see how many mail forwarding pieces you have in your box, but also who has sent it to you. Then you may select which pieces you want forwarded immediately online. Just fill out the shipping section online, indicating where to send your mail and which shipping option you wish to use (1st Class, FedEx, USPS). Your estimated postage cost will be given to you before you finish. The postage cost will be deducted automatically from your account. Imagine being able to view a virtual online mailbox 24 hours a day 7 days a week. That’s MyRVmail’s online mail forwarding personalized service to you. If you do not have Internet access, our friendly and professional mail forwarding staff will be happy to provide information about your account over the phone.

SETTING UP A MAIL FORWARDING MEMBERSHIP

All you have to do is fill out the forwarding forms (either those we can send you or the forms you can download and print online from our website), pay for term of service (see table below), put money in your online mail forwarding postage account ($30 minimum), and send back 2 notarized copies of PS Form 1583 and copies of 2 forms of ID for each person that will be on the account (we recommend driver’s license and RV insurance card). We need all original paperwork completely filled out and notarized at your local bank or courthouse and sent back to us. All payments are due upon mail forwarding enrollment for your personal mail forwarding service to begin; It’s that simple.

The contract is for the term you would like to receive mail forwarding service. At the end of your contract you can extend our service by simply giving us a call or sending us an e-mail online and we will reactivate your account immediately.
