If you sign up for a year, you save $70 per year. The minimum term of service is three (3) months. However, you may renew month-to-month after the initial forwarding term expires. The only other thing you pay for is the postage to forward your mail. You must set up an online postage account with an initial balance of $30. Any time mail is forwarded, money will be deducted from that account.

How does the mail forwarding service work?
 
Once you are given an address, along with your personal mail forwarding number (PMB #), you may make a temporary change of address at your local post office. Your items would then be forwarded to the MyRVMail mail forwarding office in Crestview, FL, where it would be held until you have provided us with a forwarding address.

When does mail get forwarded?
 
You must either call or go online to request your mail forwarding. If you wish, you may be put on an online mail forwarding schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). For instance, boxes on a weekly schedule would be forwarded Monday.

How do I access my online mailbox?
 
You access your online forwarding account by entering your PMB # and security code that you provided on your mail forwarding contract in the appropriate fields on our online login screen.

How does my online mailbox work?
 
Once you login online, you will be able to see the sender of each piece of mail that is in your mailbox. You can also view the pieces that have been previously forwarded in the last 30 days. You can update your forwarding address and even add money to your mail forwarding postage account. An online trash feature is also available so that you can avoid forwarding unwanted pieces.

How do you ship the items?
 
We use USPS and Federal Express Ground and Express. The cheapest method is USPS First Class (5-7 days), but this option is only available if the weight is less than 13.0 oz. Most members choose the USPS Priority Flat Rate envelope at $4.05. About 25-30 pieces of mail can fit into the Priority envelope. If your mail is forwarding overseas, we use Federal Express International Ground, as it is very reliable.

How do I sign up for online mail forwarding?
 
You must fill out two (2) postal forms 1583 and the contract for service. You can find these forms online by clicking the links above. You may also call our office at 800.844.3969 and request a mail forwarding information packet be sent to you.

When should I start the forwarding paperwork/application process?
 
You should start the application process about 2-3 weeks before you begin traveling. This gives myRVmail mail forwarding ample time to receive your paperwork, setup an online mailbox for you, and inform you of your new address.

Once I complete all the paperwork, what do I need to send in?
 
You need to send in two (2) postal forms 1583 both notarized, the contract, two (2) forms of ID for each applicant, and payment which includes an initial postage balance of $30 and a one time set up fee($25 for Silver and $25 for Gold).

What are acceptable forms of ID?
 
Valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card; armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card; passport or alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage, or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy. One form of ID must contain a photograph of the applicant. SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS, CREDIT CARDS, or BIRTH CERTIFICATES ARE UNACCEPTABLE FOR ONLINE MAIL FORWARDING!
